Shipping Methods:
To ensure a smooth shipping experience, we’ve tailored our shipping options for your convenience. As we continue to refine our services, we are transitioning away from free shipping within Indiana. For Indiana residents, please review the updated shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
If you are located anywhere in Indiana, you can choose the local pickup option at checkout. Please note that for local pickup, we currently offer delivery or meet-up options within the following areas:
- Madison County (various cities within the county)
- Muncie
- Fishers
- Noblesville
- Carmel
- Westfield
We will work with you to determine the most convenient location for the pickup. Those within Madison County Indiana must choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order. At Rudo Custom Creations, we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. However, as we create our products in our spare time during evenings and weekends, please understand that processing time may take longer than expected. We value your business and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order in a timely manner.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies depending on your location and shipping method selected. Most orders will arrive within 5 business days.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on www.usps.com.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or cancellation request. We kindly ask that you ship the unused item back to us within 14 days.
Cancellation Requests:
You can request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us promptly if you have any problems or questions regarding your order.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
Due to the customized nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Such orders are considered final and non-returnable.
Return Shipping and Condition:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, as the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding the original shipping fees. Please note that used items are not eligible for refunds.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee on returns.
