📦 Shipping & Delivery

Local Pickup
Most orders are fulfilled through local pickup in Anderson, Indiana. We’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you once your order is ready.

Local Delivery
I’m happy to deliver within Central Indiana depending on distance and availability. Just reach out — we can usually work something out.

Shipping
While we don’t currently ship products by default, I’m open to handling shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. If you’re outside the area or unable to pick up, contact me and I’ll see what I can do.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom items are non-refundable once approved and production has begun.

Stock Items
Returns are accepted on stock (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. No restocking fees apply — just reach out so we can make it right.


🛠️ Custom Order Disclaimer

Every custom piece is handcrafted, and I aim to provide multiple design approvals before anything is produced. That said, custom work — especially fiber laser engraving on metal — comes with some natural variability.

Things like material composition, ambient temperature, and humidity can affect how colors or finishes react — especially when engraving customer-supplied items like tumblers or knives.

While I’ll test and fine-tune when possible, if you choose to provide your own items for engraving, please understand that I can’t guarantee an exact result.
